        Added the code again and now the editor does not show up now earlier it did but it was displaying the bold code

        every time I type anything and [quote] if I quoted a post etc.

            Are you sure you haven't added the modifications twice? Like added two times the same javascript code?

            Also, if you had some javascript codes related to the original editor, they may interfere :bene:

                    I applied script from the tutorial on my test forum and editor works:

                    Did you apply the script on all pages? Is the script active?
                    What do you mean about bold text and quoting? If the text is bold, you can remove formating by selecting the text and clicking:
