    This theme is super busy and makes the website very confusing. As someone who has ADD my eyes don't know where to look and I get mentally exhausted fast when visiting.

              I believe he is reffering to general feeling of categories. There are icons, too much text to read, unusual way to notify user when new posts are writen. All of that is unique and it is hard for people to get used to it. On 99% of forums you have icon that says old and new, simple as that.
